Content 10 Clear question, appropriate analysis, valid conclusions
Visualizations 8 Effective, well-labeled figures
Clarity 7 Easy to follow, appropriate for audience
Delivery 5 Good pacing, eye contact, within time limit

Tips

  • Practice your timing—7-8 minutes goes quickly
  • Don’t try to cover everything; focus on your most interesting findings
  • Use large fonts and clear labels on visualizations
  • Speak to your audience, not to your slides
  • Be prepared to answer questions about your methods and conclusions

Schedule

The presentation order will be randomized and posted before Lesson 26. Be prepared to present on either day.
