Present: Mary Anne MarDock, Ron Drees, Daniel Alonzo, Aubrey Carrier, Nora Stick, Catherine Stollar, Vanessa Cameron.
Daniel called the meeting to order at 12:20 p.m.
Progress of Archives Week 2003
* Monday’s event at the HRC went well; about 45 people attended.
* Everything is in place for the rest of the week. Catherine will recruit volunteers
to help set up the refreshments at 6:45 Thursday, October 30 in Goldsmith Hall
Rm. 4.1228.
Archives Clinic
* The board will also be soliciting volunteers for the Archives Clinic on Saturday.
Daniel adjourned the meeting at 12:30 p.m.
Next Meeting
* The next meeting will be held after Archives Week is over.
